Evaluasi Kesiapan Kompetensi Digital SDM: Sebuah Tinjauan Konseptual terhadap Kebutuhan Industri Masa Depan

Pergeseran paradigma menuju Industri 5.0 menuntut pemaknaan ulang terhadap peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) di tengah masifnya penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dan sistem otomatisasi. Meskipun adopsi teknologi berlangsung pesat, kepustakaan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang nyata antara ketersediaan teknologi dengan tingkat kesiapan dan keluwesan nalar pekerja. Menanggapi kelangkaan kajian teoretis yang menyeluruh, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kerangka penilaian konseptual terkait kesiapan kompetensi digital SDM. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan kepustakaan murni tanpa pengumpulan data lapangan empiris, penelitian ini menyintesis berbagai teori untuk mendekonstruksi pemahaman lama mengenai kompetensi digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital masa depan bertumpu pada asas yang berpusat pada manusia, memadukan keahlian teknis dengan kecerdasan sosial-emosional. Sebagai luaran utama, penelitian ini mengajukan arsitektur penilaian kesiapan yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi pokok: (1) Pemahaman Tata Kelola Data dan Teknologi, (2) Keluwesan Nalar dan Pembelajaran Berkesinambungan, serta (3) Ketahanan Sosial-Emosional dan Kepemimpinan. Secara praktis, kerangka teoretis ini berfungsi sebagai landasan diagnosis awal bagi jajaran manajemen guna mencegah pemborosan anggaran pelatihan, serta memastikan rancangan peningkatan kecakapan benar-benar tepat sasaran dan selaras dengan titik kelemahan kejiwaan maupun teknis dari para pekerja.
