Meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi Di Universitas: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Akademik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya akademik terhadap komitmen organisasi di Universitas Musamus serta bagaimana interaksi keduanya dapat meningkatkan kinerja universitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari dosen, staf, dan mahasiswa melalui kuesioner. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional (visi, inspirasi, pemberdayaan, perhatian individu), budaya akademik (nilai kolaborasi, inovasi, keterbukaan), dan komitmen organisasi (keterlibatan, loyalitas, kesetiaan). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing faktor dan interaksinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berperan strategis dalam memperkuat budaya akademik, menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. Budaya akademik yang inklusif dan kolaboratif menjadi fondasi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Interaksi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya akademik menghasilkan sinergi yang signifikan dalam mencapai visi universitas.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya akademik yang kuat merupakan elemen kunci dalam membangun universitas yang kompetitif dan adaptif terhadap tantangan global. Pendekatan holistik yang mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal diperlukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing Universitas Musamus di tingkat nasional dan internasional
