Abstract

Permasalahan manajemen waktu di lingkungan kerja masih menjadi tantangan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan psikoedukasi sebagai metode intervensi guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam mengelola waktu secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 25 orang karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional VI Makassar 90004. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Rank menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai manajemen waktu setelah diberikan materi psikoedukasi, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 80.2 meningkat menjadi 92.2 pada post-test. Nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar <.001 menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai manajemen waktu sebagai sarana untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup. Seminar psikoedukasi ini juga mendapatkan respons positif dari para peserta, yang menilai kegiatan ini bermanfaat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif, seimbang, dan memuaskan.
